About the role
Your role as a Wealth Adviser is to guide clients through their financial planning journey, providing knowledgeable advice across areas such as investment management, retirement preparation, and wealth protection strategies.
Responsibilities

- Client & Partner Communication: Deliver excellent communication and service to clients and internal stakeholders by ensuring smooth processes, clear explanations, and strong relationship management.
- Portfolio Construction & Management: Create and manage investment strategies for clients, including customised portfolio solutions aligned with their financial objectives.
- Estate & Succession Advisory: Assist clients with wealth transfer planning, including structuring assets and establishing arrangements to preserve their legacy across generations.
- Tax Planning & Optimisation: Develop tax-efficient strategies to help clients manage liabilities and improve long-term financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/University degree from a recognised institution or equivalent academic qualifications.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in insurance and investment product sales required. Offshore experience would be advantageous.
- Broad understanding of financial services, product solutions and all aspects of planning strategies and concepts.
- Client-centric skills including excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Accreditations: RES5, CM-CIS, CM-LIP or CM-LIC, HI required.
