Responsibilities
- Provide technical and organizational leadership for the environmental and reliability testing team

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Your Profile
- Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Environmental Engineering , or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in environmental, climatic, or reliability testing
- Ideally some experience in technical leadership or coordination of employees or project teams
- Knowledge of relevant testing standards (e.g. IEC 60068-x, MIL-STD-810)
- Experience with measurement and testing equipment and technical documentation
- Knowledge of measurement uncertainty evaluation and calculation is an advantage
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Good German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and sense of responsibility
