About the role

As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support and information across a range of digital and non-digital channels. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively. You will be competent in the use of a range of IT systems and able to manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
