Specialist, Order Management

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality and efficient quotation and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery, and billing processes
• Enable accurate and timely recording, processing, and confirmation of orders
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of effective order management ways of working
• Check orders for plausibility and completeness, ensuring appropriate order flow in compliance with policies and service offerings
• Carry out related processes such as material and packaging material master data maintenance
• Ensure troubleshooting and issue resolution within order management processes
• Support internal projects and actively participate in implementing future ways of working
• Ensure smooth and timely communication with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes

Requirements

• You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing
• You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)
• You have an organized working style with a strong focus on details
• You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
• You are a team-oriented person and good networker
• You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ; other European languages will also be considered an asset
