Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in ship chandling, marine services, technical sales, or quotation management.
- Strong knowledge of vessel operations, marine spare parts, and contractor services is an advantage.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive quotations under tight deadlines.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel onboard vessels, shipyards, or anchorages when required.
- Flexible to work beyond standard hours to meet operational and client demands.
