In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for commission based on meeting monthly targets. The On Target Earnings for this position is $104,000 if all commission is earned. Job Summary As a Factoring Account Consultant, you will consult with motor carriers to help them secure the money needed to grow their business. During each call, you will ask questions to learn about their current business situation, evaluate their goals and determine whether Factoring could improve their cash flow. Different from a loan, factoring is a form of financing in which we buy the carrier's payable invoices and pay them for their work before their customers cut them to check. We then buy the invoice and coll ect on its full value.
