Location: Kraków Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years The Transfer Agency Fund Profile Management (TA FPM) team ensures the successful integration and coordination of new business & product implementations alongside client conversions. The TA FPM Analyst will be responsible gathering all relevant information relating to fund set up, populating the related set up forms and subsequently inputting all this information into the TA applications. The Analyst will be expected to handle more complex client and fund launches as required. They will also be responsible for reviewing the set ups performed by the Senior FPM Representatives and ensuring all fund set up deadlines are met. On this position you will be responsible for: Assist with the on-boarding and migration of new clients as it relates to the setup of the funds in the necessary TA systems. Partake in client discussions to understand client goals, TA workflows, TA business needs, gaps and opportunities Understand fund documentation, e.g. Prospectus, and identify key information within the documentation. Be able to translate this information into system friendly language Understand the system architecture and functionality so that queries can be dealt with quickly and accurately Escalate issues to the TA Senior FPM Analyst and Manager if a fund set up error has been identified post launch. Assist with the development and documentation of proposed solutions to fill gaps when identified Ensure all fund and share class launches are set up on time and accurately. Ensure the launch tracker (JIRA) is kept up-to-date with launch statuses. Identify and eliminate any unnecessary manual tasks, replace with automation Issue/Error Ownership - escalate, track and resolve issues. Identify preventative measures to avoid reoccurrence Ensure all procedures are kept up-to-date and follow internal Risk guidelines
