See Yourself as a Dir, Diligence Reporting The Director, Diligence Reporting is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the SFR (single family rental) diligence, RTL (residential transition loan), and DSCR (debt service coverage ratio) reporting workflow as well as the management of SFR Reporting analysts. This position ensures diligence reporting to both internal and external customers is accurate, timely and that all prepared reports match the agreed upon work order. Confirm work completed is accurately reflected on all certifications. The Director will attend all internal deal setup meetings and client kick off calls. The manager will be responsible for assigning SFR Reporting Analysts clients and helping them coordinate with the assigned Client Service Manager on daily client communication and exception reporting. The Director, Diligence Reporting will perform daily and weekly status reporting, order management and provide client support on tax, lien monitoring and HOA requests are key elements. In addition, the director will provide training, support, testing and monitoring of the Capital Market Dashboard. Position also includes invoice request and reconciliation to accounts receivable. The individual must be able to manage high-volume while focusing on the timeliness of the product delivery and have an understanding of the client perspective of quality for both diligence and BPO's. In addition to the Manager will be responsible all AI and BOT projects and overall Quality Control. See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities Request, confirm, and build billing reports for all clients as needed. Performs full valuation, DSCR and debt yield analyses Day to Day Management and oversight of SFR reporting team. Manages due diligence processes, tracking, and coordinating the information flow, and reviewing and analyzing company, sponsor, and market information Provide training, support, testing and monitoring of the Capital Market Dashboard. Work with leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels and work to ensure all team members are provided proper mentoring and development to achieve their developmental goals. Conduct effective communications with clients including preparation of all reporting including Funding Reports. Manage completion certifications for warehouse, term and securitizations deals as well as providing 15 E filings for securitizations. Oversee file uploads, status reporting, BOT production, and quality control pertaining to SFR Clients Participate in Client calls relating to securitizations and debt facilities Facilitate and help to conduct Training, department meetings, and one on one meetings with direct reports. Oversee client communication by direct reports ensuring appropriate and timely responses Monitors and evaluates current events related to real estate markets Perform other duties as assigned or apparent. See the Job Specifications Your Knowledge: 10 years SFR reporting and/or file review experience 5 years prior real estate experience with knowledge of real estate valuations Expert knowledge of GRCCU and Micro strategies Systems Read and understand Evaluation Service Agreements and Work Orders. 3 years supervisory experience Your Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills across multiple domains (written, verbal, interpersonal, listening).
