Purchasing Cum Driver

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and purchase required materials, tools, and supplies according to company requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper records.
• Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to the company or project sites.
• Drive company vehicle to transport goods, materials, and staff when required.
• Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (Class 4 will be an advantage).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or driving duties.
• Good knowledge of roads in Singapore.
• Able to communicate in English (and other languages will be a plus).
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit to handle goods loading/unloading.
