BPO Accountant (Associate to Manager)

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting and taxation reports to meet client deadlines and compliance standards
• Accurately input transactional data into accounting systems to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions to support cash flow management
• Perform client bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies in financial statements
• Conduct periodic account-closing operations to finalize financial periods and ensure accuracy
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify accounting issues and deliver quality service
• Work independently to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Multi-lingual proficiency in English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese to facilitate communication with diverse clients and regional offices
• Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent recognized by ISCA
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with Korean and/or Japanese language skills
