Position Overview Senior Manager - Performance, Culture & Inclusion Role Overview: As a Senior Manager for Performance, Culture & Inclusion, you will lead initiatives that build a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace. This role is responsible for designing and executing strategies that strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and integrate global talent practices to achieve business objectives. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver impactful programs that foster growth, belonging, and accountability across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Culture Development
  • Partner with Executive Leadership, People & Culture (P&C), and business leaders to develop strategies aligned with organizational values and talent goals.
  • Drive initiatives that promote inclusivity, fairness, and equitable treatment across all levels.
  • Collaborate with learning experts to design programs on leadership development, coaching, accountability, and inclusion.
  • Performance Management
  • Implement modern performance systems to monitor and improve productivity and employee behavior.
  • Continuously analyze and refine processes for alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure clear communication and training to enhance planning, feedback, and accountability.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Lead programs that strengthen engagement through recognition, cultural events, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Monitor organizational culture using surveys and engagement tools, and develop strategies to address gaps.
  • Support leaders in leveraging feedback to celebrate successes and drive improvements.
  • Inclusion & Diversity
  • Develop and execute initiatives that foster belonging and celebrate diverse perspectives.
  • Oversee compliance with EEO requirements and partner on diversity reporting.
  • Support Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and affinity networks to connect employees globally.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as a member of the extended P&C leadership team and Talent Management leadership team.
  • Lead and mentor a team of associates while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and external partnerships to deliver talent programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in talent development, organizational development, or DEI.
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or Industrial-Organizational Psychology preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, instructional design, facilitation, and coaching.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
