Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect trailers and identify all necessary repairs and maintenance requirements. Complete trailer repairs in a timely and professional manner. Accurately document repair details and enter information into company computer systems. Communicate repair needs and status updates to shop personnel and service providers as required. Follow the company tire maintenance program and identify tire-related and other trailer repair opportunities. Adhere to all TIA (Tire Industry Association) safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety of associates and drivers. Provide exceptional customer service while resolving issues for drivers and customers. Follow all established company procedures, policies, and protocols. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
