- Build SHEQ awareness and capability across the plant
- Support managers and supervisors in applying SHEQ standards
- Drive training, engagement, and behavioral change
- Continuous Improvement & Risk Reduction
- Lead and support improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and environment
- Analyse trends and identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities
- Reduced incidents and defects through sustainable improvements
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive measures
- Champion Greif Business System (GBS) in improvement activities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Plant Performance
- Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, and Planning & Logistics Managers
- Provide expert guidance while enabling operational ownership of SHEQ
- Align SHEQ priorities with plant objectives and customer requirements
- Communicate risks, performance, and improvement opportunities transparently
Requirements
- HBO work‑ and thinking level, preferably in Safety, Environmental, or Technical discipline
- Relevant certifications such as HVK (Hogere Veiligheidskunde)
- 5-7 years in a production or industrial environment
- Experience with SHEQ systems, audits (ISO), and compliance management
- Proven experience influencing operational teams and management
- Knowledge of Dutch HSE legislation
- Fluent in English and Dutch
