Pre-Award Review and analyse tender and quotation documents, including contractual scope of work and conditions. Collaborate with the Project Manager to evaluate commercial aspects, terms, and conditions of contracts. Negotiate contractual and payment terms with clients, main contractors, and developers. Post-Award Review draft Letter of Award (LOA) and subcontract agreements prior to execution. Negotiate and finalise contractual terms, including payment terms and claims with clients. Ensure all executed contracts are properly communicated for accurate implementation. Monitor variations, cost impacts, and potential Extension of Time (EOT) claims. Work with Project QS to track and report monthly project collections and cash flow status. Support the project team in preparing contractual correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Review subcontract agreements and recommend appropriate contractual terms. Guide Project QS in contract administration, including variations and claims for both main and subcontracts. Support project close-out activities, including submission of completion documents and final accounts. Attend meetings with project teams on contractual and commercial matters. Review and monitor project budgets together with Project Managers. Provide resolution for contractual issues both internally and externally. General Responsibilities Establish and maintain contract management policies and procedures. Advise management on contractual matters across all projects and operations. Participate in contract dispute negotiations and settlements. Perform other contract-related duties as assigned by management.
