The estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 USD , depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonus compensation.As Yepoda prepares to launch with Sephora in the United States, we are looking for a National Account Manager, Sephora US to lead our strategic partnership with Sephora US and help drive our retail growth in this exciting new market.Your TasksOwn the relationship with Sephora US, serving as the main point of contact for commercial discussions, planning, and day-to-day account managementLead commercial negotiations across assortments, launch plans, promotional calendars, and growth opportunitiesDrive strong sales performance by analyzing retail KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, and building action plans with SephoraDevelop account strategies across both in-store and online channels to support visibility, productivity, and brand growthPartner closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, finance, and product, to ensure smooth execution of launches and campaignsManage forecasting, sell-through analysis, and inventory planning to support healthy stock levels and operational excellenceMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and category developments to identify opportunities for growth within the US marketSupport broader retail expansion initiatives, including new store launches, key activations, and strategic account opportunitiesYour Profile8 to 10+ years of experience in national account management, key account management, retail partnerships, or commercial roles within beauty, skincare, or consumer brandsDirect experience working with major beauty retailers, ideally Sephora or other premium retail partnersStrong commercial and strategic mindset, with experience negotiating assortments, promotional calendars, and retail growth plansSolid understanding of retail KPIs, forecasting, sales planning, and performance managementExperience working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teamsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing business where priorities can move quicklyMust be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work closely with our Berlin-based HQ across time zonesMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorshipThe opportunity to play a key role in building Yepoda's partnership with Sephora US from the ground upA remote role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility and autonomy in how you workThe chance to collaborate with an international team and travel occasionally to our headquarters in BerlinMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick leavePaid parental leaveEmployee discounts on Yepoda productsA collaborative, international work environment with flat hierarchies and trust by defaultThe opportunity to grow with a fast-moving beauty brand at a very exciting stageWould you like to be part of the team?
