Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing and supporting enterprise database platforms across both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in database administration, including database provisioning, performance tuning, patch and vulnerability management, backup and recovery, high availability, replication, and disaster recovery.
- Hands-on experience with database security, access control, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and compliance auditing.
- Experience managing middleware platforms such as Apache, Nginx, and IIS, including installation, configuration, patching, and operational support.
- Familiarity with business continuity planning, disaster recovery testing, and recovery validation processes.
- Strong documentation skills with experience maintaining operational runbooks, standard operating procedures, and change management records.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support mission-critical production environments.
