Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders from receipt through to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up.
  • Enter customer purchase orders accurately into the system and resolve discrepancies with the sales team.

  • Monitor and update order status, including open orders and past‑due items, on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage and follow up on customer orders with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse customer terms, requirements, and order documentation accurately.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software.
  • Proficiency in English language for liaising with English‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, manage conflicts professionally, and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Knowledge of order processing and customer relationship management processes.
  • Knowledge of industrial or technical products is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the aerospace or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
