We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rooms Division Manager to join our luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Udaipur, India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the rooms division, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services. Manage and optimize the daily operations of the front office, housekeeping, and guest services departments Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to maximize revenue and profitability Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to ensure exceptional service delivery Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally Oversee room inventory management and pricing strategies Develop and manage departmental budgets Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standards Implement and maintain quality control measures across all areas of responsibility Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to improve operations Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on rooms division operations Proven track record in front office and housekeeping management Strong knowledge of hotel management software and revenue management techniques Excellent leadership and team management skills Outstanding customer service orientation with a focus on luxury hospitality Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in budgeting and financial management Experience in a luxury hotel setting is highly preferred Knowledge of the local hospitality market in Udaipur is a plus Hotel management certifications are desirable Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and other local languages is advantageous An opportunity to be with world's preferred hospitality company Captivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionals Range of exclusive Heartist Benefits Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.
