Facility management responsibilities: ► Planning the optimal use of workspace and resources and reorganization with the aim of optimal use of space and cost management ► Coordination with the contract company for ongoing maintenance, in order to ensure the operational and technical functionality of the office space ► Coordination of space maintenance including electrical installations, video surveillance, alarm systems, air conditioning, heating and parking ► Management of systems for booking workplaces, parking spaces and meeting rooms ► Coordination of maintaining the hygiene of business premises ► Maintenance of the ventilation system and grease separator in the RBSM canteen ► Announcing and approving works during working hours and outside of working hours to the security of the building and the contract company for ongoing maintenance ► Inventory of office and warehouse keys and alarm codes with accompanying documentation as needed ► Supervising the works of contractors and controlling them ► Responsibility for coordinating the maintenance of the Bosch advertising sign on the roof of the office building ► Coordination of the vehicle fleet FCM-SES Responsibilities: ► Support and inform CAUP and local management regarding important security issues topics ► Operational implementation of security measures, which are derived from the site security framework (NITRO) ► Implementation and management of all technical security systems; Reporting on the status of implementation of measures ► Safety training for new employees and safety awareness activities at the site level. ► Management and coordination of cooperation with external security providers (procurement, documentation, monitoring...). ► Investigation support (on request) ► Other jobs as ordered by the Employer.
