About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time assistant to support the People & Culture team. This role will assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support
- Post and refresh job advertisements on job portals.
- Screen candidate profiles and applications.
- Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates when required.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding arrangements.
- Issue and collect uniforms where required.
- Update employee records and trackers.
- Prepare basic HR documents such as confirmation letters and certificates of employment.
- Assist with work pass application and renewal follow-ups.
- HR Administration
- Maintain employee birthday and confirmation lists.
- Update HR files and records on SharePoint.
- Assist with employee queries where appropriate.
- Support the team with other ad-hoc HR duties.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Prior HR or admin experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Organised, meticulous, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Additional Information
- Working hours: 3 days/week (Mon/Wed/Fri) - 4 Hours a Day - Hourly rate: S$12/hour
