Plant Controller / Production Controller (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• As part of a small team, you take responsibility for controlling at our production site and prepare as well as analyze cost and profitability reports.
• You conduct target vs. actual comparisons, identify savings potentials, and develop optimization strategies.
• You support management in decision-making through well-founded financial analyses and ad-hoc evaluations.
• You create and monitor budgets, forecasts, and investment planning.
• You review and manage production metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• You collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to analyze cost structures and material flows.
• You continuously develop controlling tools and processes at the site.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, controlling, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have several years of professional experience in plant, supply chain or production controlling, ideally in an industrial environment.
• You have in-depth knowledge of accruals and provisions.
• You are proficient in SAP (CO/FI modules / MM / PP / SD), MS Excel and Power BI.
• You think analytically, have a strong affinity for numbers, and demonstrate initiative.
• You communicate clearly and effectively, ask critical questions in complex matters, and enjoy working independently as well as within a team.
• You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
