Acting as the delivery partner to the Commercial Proposition Manager, this role ensures that strategic and tactical propositions are successfully brought to market, embedded within the business, and deliver outstanding outcomes for customers and Bupa. The role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to manag e go-to-market activities, and tracking in-life performance to fuel continuous improvement and operational excellence . How you'll help us make health happen: Lead the implementation and execution of new or amended propositions, ensuring timely and effective delivery within assigned categories. Translate strategy into operational plans and actions, managing both strategic and tactical proposition activities. Own the overall G o- T o- M arket process, working closely with Marketing, Digital, and other critical teams as the subject matter expert (SME) to ensure successful launch and adoption. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver proposition initiatives, resolving issues and removing barriers to execution. Conduct post-implementation reviews (PIRs), reporting, and in-life performance tracking to assess outcomes, identify improvements, and inform future activity. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to drive proposition success. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards throughout the delivery process. Champion delivery excellence, promoting best practices and continuous improvement across the team. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective proposition delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and delivery methodologies to inform best-in-class execution
