About the role
The Legal Talent Acquisition Assistant, in collaboration with and in support of the firm's strategic initiatives, will work closely with the talent acquisition team to provide the needed clerical and administrative support on recruitment activities. Responsibilities
- Develop and update job postings.
- Coordinate student interviews nationally including resume review, scheduling, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
- Maintain and track applicant information.
- Facilitate and oversee due diligence process.
- Assist with executing on campus events.
- Support the national summer program including drafting communications, orientation, and compiling evaluations.
- Provide administrative support including expense reports and data entry.
Requirements
- Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred Education
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum Years of Experience
- Up to one year of experience working in an administrative support role.
