Additional Information

We are a retail brand specializing in travel essentials, winter wear and luggage. As an E-Commerce Intern , you will work closely with our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing team to manage product listings, streamline daily operations, and support campaign execution across platforms such a Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon, and our official online store. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to learn how a modern retail brand grows in the digital space. Job Description: Manage and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, attributes) across online marketplaces. Support day-to-day e-commerce operations including order processing, cancellations, returns, and stock updates. Assist in planning and executing online campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, payday sales). Respond to customer inquiries and ensure excellent online customer service. Conduct competitor research and trend monitoring for travel and winterwear categories. Prepare weekly sales, marketplace performance, and marketing analytics reports. Coordinate with retail, logistics, and marketing teams on inventory and promotional activities. Create basic marketing visuals using Canva or similar tools. Assist in Tiktok livestream.
