Job DescriptionYou will coordinate and follow up activities connected to test vehicle components and related engineering work. You will plan and oversee work related to schematics and cable harnesses in ongoing development projects. You will track deviations, drive follow-up, and support corrective actions to keep deliveries on course. You will secure project milestones by creating clarity around progress, dependencies, and next steps. You will report status, risks, and progress in project meetings and support transparent communication across stakeholders. You will support the design and engineering team in daily activities and help remove obstacles in project execution. You will facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders to create alignment and maintain momentum. You will contribute to continuous improvement work and help build a positive, engaged, and high-performing team environment. RequirementsB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in design and engineering work. Experience working as a Scrum Master, Object Leader, or in a similar coordinating role. Proven experience in coordination, planning, and follow-up activities. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and project-oriented environments. Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders. Fluent English. Nice to haveExperience from large automotive or commercial vehicle organizations. Experience in cable harness design using Saber.
