About the role

You will service as a PORDUCTION CONTROLLER (SHIPS) in the Business Operations Division; Business and Strategic Planning Office, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Experience with financial management/ funds administration requirements in relation to financial control of assigned projects including preparing estimates, expenditures, and providing contract administration. Experience gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information from public and private industrial work practices to draw conclusions and recommend appropriate actions. Experience managing and scheduling, justifying, and negotiating projects. Experience communicating both orally and in writing to persuade, inform or provide guidance.
