If you're ready to take on exciting projects and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you! 📍 Location: Singapore 💼 Position: Project Manager 🔧 Your Key Responsibilities Lead and manage industrial engineering, plant construction, steel structure, or EPC projects from initiation through successful completion. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Oversee engineering design reviews, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Manage project costs, change orders, and reporting to ensure projects remain within budget. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. 🎯 What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Structural, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience managing projects in Industrial Engineering, Capital Equipment, Steel Structures, Plant Construction, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) environments. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and external contractors. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
