Associate Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management
• Assist in commercial projects such as sales performance tracking, pricing, and market analysis
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams
• Support process documentation and workflow improvements
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
• Support Commercial Excellence initiatives by assessing and implementing well established platforms in the local market
• Drive adoption and usage among sales and marketing teams through training and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Health, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Prior exposure to healthcare / pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Technical Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• PowerPoint (strong storytelling and presentation skills)
• Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization
• Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) is a plus
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook)
