Impex Team Leader

About the role

Oversee daily import/export activities, shipment planning, and coordination with forwarders, brokers, and carriers. Ensure proper processing of PEZA permits (IP, EP, LOA) and maintain audit-ready documentation in line with regulations. Manage air, and sea shipments, ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Supervise Import, Export, Small Parcel, and PEZA processing teams; manage workload, performance, and development. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics and strong service performance. Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and provide regular performance and compliance reports. Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Other duties as assigned. About you: Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred Five to seven years of experience Previous experience supporting logistics Strong experience in PEZA operations and compliance is advantage Preferable with knowledge of customs regulations, shipping processes, and SAP Proficient in MS Office Strong communication skills High attention to detail Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
