Product Director, AI and Data Products - East Coast

About the role

We are looking for a Product Director, AI & Data Products to define, validate, and drive the roadmap for AI-first products across the StarCompliance platform. This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role. You will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Data & AI as the product counterpart to a dedicated technical leader, jointly shaping the future of AI at StarCompliance. Together, you will identify customer problems where AI can materially improve efficiency, effectiveness, decision quality, automation, insight generation, and risk detection. The role spans both new product development and transformation of existing use cases. You will identify new AI-enabled products, SKUs, and commercial opportunities that StarCompliance does not currently support, while partnering with existing Product Managers to embed AI capabilities into their product areas. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.
