Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent sourcing, HR operations, recruiting support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting recruitment activities in technology, fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, or professional services environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever platforms, and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Smart and a quick learner.
