Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience, including at least 2+ years in sales leadership (team lead, manager, or similar).
- Experience in SAAS or ERP sales is highly preferred.
- Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale is highly important.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the landscaping, or trades, industry is highly preferred.

- Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based. Fully remote employees will stay remote."
