Requirements
- Typically a University degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject.
- Sound knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, turbines, compressors and motor etc.
- Experience in field service engineering or technical service management.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
