• 3.Has strong negotiation and mediation skills
• 4.Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
• 5.Ability to work with varying stakeholders levels, including finance, legal team,research office, and external partners.

Job Description We are recruiting a full-time senior executive/assistant manager to manage the research agreements for faculty of the ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE -ID). Duties & Responsibilities - Develop contract proposals to support Advace-ID's goals - Negotiate contract terms with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget - Review and update existing contracts - Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms - Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed - Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings) - Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
