QA Senior Executive/Executive

About the role

We are looking for a QA Senior Executive/Executive who enjoys being at the heart of our operations. In this role, you will be a key point of contact, working closely with Production, Sales & Marketing, and Procurement to ensure our food safety standards are met every day. Job Description Supplier Quality and Raw material Control: Partner with Procurement to manage our supplier base, reviewing documentation and raw material specifications to ensure every ingredient meets quality and regulatory standards before it enters production. Production Quality Partnership: Work alongside the Production team to ensure food safety standards are practically implemented and maintained, investigating any non-conformances to keep our daily operations at peak quality. Sales & Market Compliance: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing by providing the final technical review of product labels and artwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for both local and export markets. Audit & Certification Oversight: Support internal and external audits by managing documentation and maintaining Halal certifications and food safety systems to ensure the company remains audit-ready. Laboratory & Data Analysis: Take charge of external laboratory testing, from sample coordination to evaluating technical results against our internal benchmarks. Internal Knowledge Sharing: Support the team's growth by assisting with internal training sessions that translate complex food safety and quality standards into clear, actionable practices. Job Requirements Higher NITEC / Diploma / Professional Certificates or related field. Preferred with good knowledge of Quality Management System (HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC Version 6, ISO 22000) Good communication, Organizational and Analytical Skills Able to work in a team and independently Candidates without experience are welcome to apply Working location: 22 Senoko Way (Sembawang) We will offer the role based on the merit of the candidate.
