About the role

Platform Side Support the onboarding of new MCM customers (commerce platforms), coordinating across internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective launch. Manage a portfolio of Korean customers, monitoring campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and proactively surfacing recommendations. Own end-to-end campaign execution for advertisers and agencies; including onboarding, campaign setup, performance monitoring, and optimization to ensure successful. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, eCommerce, ad tech, or customer-facing roles; Commerce Media or mobile internet industry experience is preferred. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and translating numbers into clear recommendations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted, lasting relationships with customers. Structured problem-solving approach with the creativity to find solutions in ambiguous situations. Collaborative working style with the ability to navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with ML-based advertising or programmatic platforms is a plus. High ownership mentality and genuine passion for customer success and continuous learning. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global company environment. Fluency in both Korean and English is required; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus. The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco: As a Growth Manager at Moloco Commerce Media, you'll play a dual role at the heart of Korea's commerce advertising ecosystem. On one side, you'll work directly with top retailers and commerce platforms, helping them launch, grow, and optimize their ad business powered by Moloco. On the other, you'll engage advertisers and agencies, introducing them to Commerce Media opportunities and driving adoption across the platform. This is a hands-on, commercially-oriented role where client management meets business development. You'll collaborate across internal product, data, and operations teams; working simultaneously with platform partners and the advertiser community to build the foundation for scalable, high-performing commerce advertising in Korea.
