Responsibilities

  • Client Success & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day execution owner for new advertisers during implementation, managing campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting while escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.

  • Configure and QA campaigns, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate setup and reliable measurement from the start.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify issues, optimization opportunities, and early signals of product‑fit; share clear, actionable recommendations with clients and internal partners.
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing setups (e.g., budget increases, creative tests, new geo or placement trials) and surface them to senior team members or Sales/Growth partners.
  • Support the transition from implementation to the Growth team by preparing concise documentation and performance debriefs that set long‑term owners up for success.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with New Business Sales to understand what was sold, customer expectations, and key success criteria for the first 90 days.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Data Science to address configuration, measurement, and performance questions, and share client feedback that can improve our tools and processes.
  • AI-Powered Productivity & Tooling
  • Use AI large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM) in day-to-day work - pitch prep, app/competitor research, account categorization, performance summaries, meeting notes, and client-facing materials - to improve quality and turnaround time.
  • Adopt and contribute to the team's internal AI workflows and tools, and help identify new opportunities to automate repetitive, low-value tasks.
  • Apply sound judgment when using AI: verify outputs against source data, protect client and company confidentiality, and follow Moloco's responsible-AI and data-handling guidelines.
  • What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Experience & Expertise
  • 3-5 years of experience in mobile advertising, ad tech, martech, or a related client‑facing role (implementation, technical account management, account management, or customer success).
  • Hands‑on experience with campaign setup and optimization, ideally on a DSP or similar performance platform.
  • Exposure to data analysis, campaign optimization, or digital marketing strategy and comfort working with numbers and reports.
  • Skills & Mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort interacting with client stakeholders and translating technical concepts into clear language.
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to inform recommendations.
  • Familiarity with the mobile ecosystem and ad tech fundamentals (MMPs, attribution, events, tracking) is a strong plus.
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks and deliverables; able to manage multiple accounts and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Language & Regional Requirements
  • Fluency in English and native level Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Experience supporting customers in Greater China and collaborating with cross‑regional teams is a plus.
