In this role, you will drive the full design lifecycle for significant product features, from shaping early research questions through execution and post-launch validation. You will partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design decisions are grounded in real user needs and aligned with business goals, contribute to the evolution of nCino's design system, and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level designers who are building their craft. You communicate design direction with clarity and confidence, whether you are presenting to a cross-functional team or walking senior stakeholders through a strategic decision. Experience in banking, fintech, or SaaS is a meaningful advantage, and familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components will set you apart. A portfolio with case studies that demonstrate your approach to complex UX challenges is required.
