Job Title: Social Worker Team: Permanence Team Salary: £40,369 - £43,686 + up to £6,000 welcome bonus (dependent on experience) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Are you an experienced and passionate social worker ready to make a lasting difference in the lives of children in care? Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Permanence Team based in Northampton. Skilled Social Workers in this team place children at the centre of everything they do, building strong and purposeful relationships with children and young people, their families and carers to plan effectively for each child's future. You will bring proven experience of working with looked‑after children, gained through roles such as a LAC or court team, attending court within a safeguarding service, or other areas of children's social care. About You - Social Work England registered - 2 years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE - Experienced in safeguarding and working with children in care - Experience with Court Proceedings - Previous experience of Adoption and Child Permanence Report (CPR) writing- A confident communicator and team collaborator - Passionate about supporting children, families, and achieving positive change - Committed to best practice and continuous development
