Inventory Storekeeper (Pharmacy Operations) #HDC

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and monitor stock usage to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against supporting documentation.
• Organize and store inventory according to established inventory management procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and refrigerated areas.
• Process supply orders and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
• Address and resolve delivery discrepancies by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Support daily warehouse and inventory operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• GCE N Levels, O Levels, A Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience is not required as structured training will be provided.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Able to commence work within a short notice period.
