Senior Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and curate learning programmes to strengthen core communications and capability development
• Evaluate and package training modules from external providers, and maintain a structured learning repository mapped to defined competencies and proficiency levels
• Plan and deliver communications‑focused webinars and learning sessions, including coordination with industry practitioners and subject‑matter experts
• Coordinate an annual learning calendar and support quarterly planning cycles
• Design and implement internal engagement initiatives to promote learning offerings and encourage participation
• Build and manage partnerships with training institutions and industry professionals
• Provide project management and coordination support for digital and in‑person learning initiatives
• Support the planning, execution, and administration of ongoing learning activities

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in learning and development, capability development, or a related field
• Proven experience in sourcing and curating training programmes
• Strong project management, coordination, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Additional Information

Location: Jalan Besar Salary: Up to SGD7,500 (commensurate with experience) Working Hours:5‑day work week, Monday to Friday
