Performs all Production Operator job responsibilities, including minor troubleshooting on basic technology equipment and processes. Assists in training less experienced employees on manual/automated assembly or semi-automatic packaging processes, adhering to safety regulations, quality initiatives, lean tools, and Panduit's operating system and manufacturing procedures. Works independently and in team settings, with some leadership or mentoring responsibilities. Executes tasks across multiple basic and some intermediate technologies within the department. Operates approximately 25% of the next level equipment or processes in continued development towards the next level. Work Shift Non-Uniform - 3 shifts (Romania)
