The Role Onsite working requirement: Candidates should be able to attend our Montreal office everyday for the first three nonths of their probation period and then be hybrid with 3 to 4 days of office presence. We are seeking a tech-forward, execution-focused AI-Powered Marketing Specialist to join our lean marketing team. This is a highly hands-on role designed for a marketer who actively uses Generative AI to accelerate campaign deployment, optimize digital workflows, and manage our web presence. You will use AI automation and modern marketing tools to build assets, manage lead data, optimize conversions, and scale our brand presence across global markets without relying on external agencies or heavy operational layers. What You'll Be Doing AI-Driven Campaign Execution & Copywriting Global Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Global team to align on and execute localized and international marketing campaigns. Asset & Copy Generation: Independently build end-to-end campaign assets (including email copy, ad variants, and landing page layouts) leveraging AI prompting and copywriting tools. This includes a major focus on crafting and refining high-converting copy in English and French Canadian to engage target audiences across specific regions. Reporting: Compile weekly performance reports using AI tools, highlighting key metrics such as leads, clicks, and engagement. Events Management & Coordination PR & Events Alignment: Collaborate with the PR and Events management teams to streamline communication and ensure seamless execution of event strategies. End-to-End Event Planning: Coordinate, plan, and execute corporate events, industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows to drive brand presence and lead generation. Logistics & Promotion: Manage event logistics, vendor relations, and coordinate promotional campaign assets across email and social channels to maximize event attendance and post-event lead nurturing. AI-Enhanced Web & SEO Management Website Updates: Manage, edit, and refresh localized website content. SEO & UX Implementation: Collaborate with the Growth Manager to implement on-page SEO strategies to improve website search rankings for key terms, while identifying layout and user experience improvements. Lifecycle Marketing & Feature Launches Support the execution of product launch and update campaigns to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Analyze customer campaign results and collaborate with team members to enhance ongoing engagement and campaign metrics.
