The candidate will be responsible for driving user adoption of corporate initiatives that deliver significant financial, operational, and customer and employee satisfaction impacts. In addition, you will support the development of tools and plans to effectively link our enablement services with our business strategy. As the selected candidate, you will develop and manage the transformation workstream for your projects in accordance with McKesson and external best practices while working collaboratively with the team. In addition, you will support the development of communications, trainings, documentation, and other deliverables as defined by projects as needed for user adoption. This role is critical to our high-performing team dedicated to driving user adoption. As the Senior Project Manager, Transformation, you will report to the Director, Projects & Portfolio and be an integral part of McKesson's ever-evolving business.
