Marketing Assistant

About the role

Initially, you'll support the day-to-day marketing and administrative functions of the business, helping to streamline operations and increase engagement with clients. As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and play a key role in the development and launch of professional training programmer in Reiki and Sound Healing.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Content
• Create social media graphics and promotional materials using Canva
• Assist with social media content planning and scheduling
• Draft and send email campaigns using Mailchimp
• Support the development of nurture sequences and email automation
• Assist with content creation for newsletters, blogs, and marketing campaigns
• Research marketing opportunities and suggest improvements to existing processes
• Website Management
• Update website content and event listings via Squarespace
• Ensure website information remains accurate and current
• Administration
• Basic data entry and record keeping
• Assist with expense tracking and spreadsheet management
• General administrative support as required
