Our studio operates as a remote-first workplace, offering flexible work arrangements. At this time, we are only able to hire candidates who are legally eligible to work in Canada and reside within Canada. The Manager of Finance Operations & Compliance is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity and operational rigor across our finance team. This role combines core accounting oversight with financial compliance and systems governance. The ideal candidate will build structure around how financial information flows from project and operational teams into accounting systems-ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to tax and regulatory requirements.
