Management & Program Analyst (Quality Assurance Analyst)

About the role

This position is located at Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General, Deputy Inspector General, Office of Audit, Special Reviews Division. As a Management & Program Analyst (Quality Assurance Analyst), you will collaborate with OIG employees at all levels to surface internal organizational risks and opportunities for improvement and to develop and implement strategic goals ensuring organizational excellence. You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13, grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience: Planning, developing, or conducting a quality assurance review AND Contributing to or leading large projects and gaining consensus AND Applying analytical techniques to answer review objectives AND Communicating orally and in writing to all levels of staff and management. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13, level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
