Responsibilities

- Maintain a professional appearance, posture, and courteous behavior at all times.
- Support other departments when required to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Adhere strictly to LUURA standards, SOPs, and policies.
- Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a porter, valet, bell attendant, or in a guest-facing hospitality role is preferred.
- Valid driving license (required for valet duties).
- Confident and safe driving skills with knowledge of basic vehicle handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet when handling guest property and vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm during busy periods.
- Good communication skills; English knowledge is an advantage.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and well-presented.
- Eligible to work in an EU country.
- English knowledge will be considered a plus.
