MS degree is desired Experience with spice level & fast spice level simulation, such as Spectre, Hspice, Hsim, Ultrasim, XPS, Finesim and so on Experience with analog/mixed signal pre-layout and post-layout simulation, such as AMS designer, XA-VCS and so on Experience with transistor level reliability and EM/IR analysis Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, with a collaborative mindset and customer‑oriented attitude.
