At Fadata , we take pride in our ability to adapt quickly to the ever-changing needs of our market and customers. This means that you, too, should be ready to embrace change as circumstances evolve. If you're excited about a fast-paced, dynamic environment where strategy is set but flexibility to grow with the market remains, then hit the apply button. We have a bold vision: to become the global standard for core software solutions in the insurance industry. Our aim is to achieve this by developing a truly cloud-native solution that can scale limitlessly-and we want you to be part of that journey. Our values-Trust, Openness, Passion, Innovation, and Care -serve as our guiding compass. They shape how we work every day, our relationships with clients, and the way we collaborate as a team. We are looking for a motivated Junior IT System Administrator to join our IT team and help support and maintain our people, devices, and core identity systems. Reporting to the IT Team Lead, this is a hands-on role for someone early in their system administration career who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations. You'll work alongside experienced IT professionals, support colleagues across our European offices, keep our infrastructure running smoothly, and grow your skills across identity, endpoint, and cloud management. Own the IT side of employee onboarding and offboarding-provisioning accounts, access, and equipment for new joiners, and securely revoking access and reclaiming devices when employees leave. Create, modify, and manage users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory. Manage the endpoint lifecycle for the Windows and macOS fleet, including provisioning new devices and securely decommissioning returned ones. Deploy and configure Windows 11 on company laptops and workstations, using endpoint management tooling for standardized, repeatable rollouts. Perform basic hardware upgrades and maintenance, such as installing additional RAM in laptops. Track and maintain accurate records of hardware assets, including inventory, assignments, and status. Provide day-to-day administration and support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Manage and maintain endpoints through ManageEngine Endpoint Central (Windows) and Jamf Pro (macOS), including software deployment, patching, and policy enforcement. Respond to and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels, escalating more complex issues to senior team members. Help apply and maintain security baselines-such as multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and device compliance-under the guidance of the IT and Security teams. Create and maintain clear technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Assist with office-specific tasks, such as cable management, ordering equipment from local vendors, and helping out whenever there is an issue with office appliances or the premises themselves. Required Skills & Experience A degree or certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience. Around 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration (relevant internship experience counts). Solid working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 productivity tools. Practical experience managing user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID. Comfortable performing simple hardware tasks, such as opening a laptop and installing RAM, while handling components safely. Strong attention to detail, especially for asset tracking and account management. A customer-service mindset and clear communication for supporting end users. A proactive, ownership-driven attitude and a willingness to follow and improve documented procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or system administration role. Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 admin center and Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with endpoint management tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central or Jamf Pro, or with Windows deployment/imaging. Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) and some familiarity with macOS administration. Relevant or in-progress certifications such as Microsoft 365/Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, or Network+. What We Value: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery. Continuous improvement mindset and pro-active approach. Excellent communication skills in English. Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to learn and grow.
